The game normally runs at 30fps but was regularly dipping to 26-20fps and slowing down the gameplay. I was recently playing Pokemon Snap through Dolphin on my computer (Ryzen 2600x w/ GTX 1060 3GB) and I noticed a ton of slowdown.
